General Policies



Here at Vito Pini Salon and Boutique Spa, the client is “Number One!!”

Our standards of excellence must be reflected in everything we do; in our service to our clients, our commitment and responsibility to our salon and most importantly to each other. We will accept nothing less than excellence and refuse to compromise out values. We believe the future of Vito Pini Salons revolves on the endless effort, creativity and intelligence of the people who make it work. From our current standards of excellence we will continue to grow. Each staff member adds their own measure of skill to the collective whole thus assuring personal and professional growth for everyone.

We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one.

We stand behind our services and always offer a complimentary adjustment or redo on all color and cutting services, if notified within 10 days. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. We do not give refunds on services, however, please call to reschedule an appointment and every effort will be made to meet your satisfaction (see our ‘Cash Refund Policy’).

Our Exchange/Return Policy:

Products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase as long as it is in the original packaging. There are no returns on any make-up, brushes, travel size items, nail polish, Obagi skin care, clearance items or electrical items (i.e. ‘factory warranty’).


Credit Card Deposit Policy:

Vito Pini Salon and Spa requires a credit card deposit to book services for: any group/bridal party, any spa package, thermal straightening services, any hair extension procedure, or any individual booked for multiple services. A 48 hours notice is required to change service(s) dates or to cancel a service date. This policy allows us to rebook that time slot for other patrons. Cancellations WITHOUT a 48 hour notice, will be charged and/or responsible for 50% of the service price.


Our General Cancellation Policy:

Regular/general appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Clients with frequent ‘no-shows’ may be required to provide a credit card to book future appointments.


Our Cash Refund Policy:

Vito Pini DOES NOT give cash refunds on any service or products. However, please call to reschedule an appointment, and every effort will be made to meet your level of satisfaction at no charge to you.


Our Gift Card/Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Cards/Certificates may only be redeemed for products and services and MAY NOT be used for tips. After a product or service has been purchased by the Vito Pini Gift Card, the remaining balance remains on the card and not returned in the form of cash. Gift cards (and the older ‘Gift certificate’ versions) never expire. Once a card has been purchased, it may NOT be refunded for cash. Vito Pini Gift Cards are, of course, transferable.
